I created this app to help people like me. People who have problem to silence their brains and be in present while they meditating. I tried many techniques until I find the one that worked for me. I packed in an app and I hope it can help you to. I recommend you to use this app 2 minutes daily in the first week. After 21 days you might be able to meditate without any help. WARNING: PHOTOSENSITIVITY/EPILEPSY SEIZURES A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts. IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE use this app and consult your physician before resuming.
